Install your eSIM in a few steps

Pick your phone below — we'll show the exact Settings path. No app to download. The whole thing takes about a minute.

Escanea desde otro dispositivo. No puedes escanear el código QR con el mismo teléfono en el que instalas la eSIM. Abre el correo en un ordenador o en un segundo teléfono, o usa el código de activación manual (la alternativa de abajo funciona sin escanear).

Instalar en iPhone (iOS)

Ajustes → Datos móviles → Añadir eSIM

1Abre Ajustes y toca Datos móviles (o Servicio móvil / Datos móviles).
2Toca Añadir eSIM (en iOS antiguo: Añadir plan de datos).
3Toca Usar código QR y apunta la cámara al QR de tu correo, abierto en otra pantalla.
4¿No puedes escanear? Toca Introducir datos manualmente y pega el código de activación del correo.
5Pon un nombre al plan (p. ej. "Viaje"), déjalo activado y selecciónalo para los datos móviles en el extranjero.

No camera? Use the manual code

Every order email includes a manual activation code (it starts with LPA:). When your phone asks to enter eSIM details by hand, paste:

SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code — both are inside the single LPA: string; most phones accept the whole string in one field.
Leave the confirmation code blank unless your email says otherwise.

Lost the email? Check spam, then re-download the QR from your dashboard once you're signed in.
